The first conversation is simply about listening. There is no obligation to proceed with anything after it. We will ask about your situation, explain the relevant options in plain language, and give you space to think before taking any next step.

How long do family matters typically take?
It depends on the nature of your situation and how smoothly discussions progress. Simple arrangements can be resolved in a matter of weeks, while more complex matters may take longer. We are transparent about timelines and will keep you informed throughout.
What do your fees cover?
Each service is priced transparently. The Family Guidance Conversation (RM 240) covers the consultation itself. Arrangements & Agreements (RM 287) includes document preparation and clear explanations. Representation with Sensitivity (RM 329) covers case preparation and attendance. We will explain exactly what is included before you commit to anything.
Do I need to bring documents to the first meeting?
Not necessarily. The first conversation is primarily about understanding your situation. If you have documents you feel are relevant, you are welcome to bring them, but there is no requirement. We will let you know what might be helpful once we have spoken.
Can you help if the other party is uncooperative?
Yes. Our Representation with Sensitivity service is well suited to situations where formal steps are needed. We will handle communication and proceedings on your behalf with care and steadiness, so you can focus on your family rather than the process.
